Peanut-Sesame Dressing, Chinese

Peanut-Sesame Dressing, Chinese

Servings: 6

2 teaspoons peanut butter
2 teaspoons tahini
2 tablespoons sugar
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
1/4 cup scallion, chopped
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 cup peanuts, chopped

In a food processor, combine all of the ingredients except for the chopped
Peanuts and process until smooth.
Mix with the peanuts and serve.
